I recently purchased a book of puzzles to build. These two were my first built from the plans within. Making puzzles is definitely a good way to practice precision, accuracy, and consistency in the shop.
Sometimes we make mistakes. While building a table from pallet wood, I was experimenting with a new technique and ended up ruining the table top. The boards were too thin for making a table, but good for making this box. So, this is how I’ve made the most of my mistake!
Everyone has seen these ugly old hexagonal cupboards from the 70’s, right? Well I re-imagined this one into a funky storage ottoman and then added new hardware, and an upholstered cushion top. Dimensions: H – 21″, W – 27″, D – 24″
